West Bengal Rajya Khadya Suraksha Yojana Benefits : Apply Online

The Government of West Bengal has initiated a program called WB RKSY 1,2 Ration Cards, also termed as Digital Ration cards to make the Public Distribution Services available online. The main objective of initiation by the government is to make the ration services available online to the public.

However, West Bengal citizens can view all their ration card details on the PDS Portal West Bengal.

Benefits of West Bengal Rajya Khadya Suraksha Yojana

Let us look at the Benefits the WB Citizens derive from the West Bengal Rajya Khadya Suraksha Yojana. 

• Under RKSY 1 Scheme, the citizens will get Wheat at 2 Rupees per KG with a monthly allotment of 3 KG Per Head

• Under RKSY 1 Scheme, the citizens will get Rice at 2 Rupees per KG with a monthly allotment of 2 KG Per Head

• Under RKSY 2 Scheme, the citizens will get Wheat at 9 Rupees per KG with a monthly allotment of 1 KG Per Head

• Under RKSY 2 Scheme, the citizens will get Rice at 13 Rupees per KG with a monthly allotment of 1 KG Per Head

How to Apply Online West Bengal Rajya Khadya Suraksha Yojana

• Visit the West Bengal PDS Portal

• It redirects the applicant to the Home Page.

• In the Home Page, Click on the Application Form for Non-Subsidised Ration Card or Conversion to Non-Subsidised Ration Card.

• It redirects the applicant to a web page that asks the user to enter his/her mobile number

• Enter the Mobile Number and Get OPT

• Now, Enter the OTP generated to your Mobile Number and Click on Validate 

• Once the Mobile Number is verified, the applicant should select any of the options shown below 

• Click on the Radio Button as per your application requirement.

• Here the applicant selected the option, New Applicant ( Don’t have any Ration Card).

• It displays the below application form, as shown.

• As shown in the form, Select the details like District, Block/Municipality, and Grama Panchayat from the drop-down.

• In the next section, enter the complete address for communication.

• Also, Enter the Ration Card Shop Details of your locality as in the form

• Next, it redirects the applicant to the Personal Details Section

• In this section, the applicant has to enter the details like Relation with Head Of the Family, Father/Mother’s Name, Gender, Old Ration Card Number, Aadhar Card Number, Voter ID, PAN Card, Mobile Number, and Mail id.

• Then, Click on the Show Member

• It shows the details of the Applicant like Name, Father Name, Relation, Gender, Age.

• The applicant can also add another member, by clicking on the Add Another Member Tab.

• Click View and Save Application Button to save the details 

• After that, the applicant view the details District, Block/Municipality, Address and the Ration Shop Details along with the Head of the Family Details 

• Verify all the details and Click on the Declaration Checkbox and Submit the Application Form.

• After clicking the submit button, you can see the Download Application.

• You can Download/Print Application for future reference.  

How to Check Status West Bengal Rajya Khadya Suraksha Yojana 

Let us see the procedure to check the status of WB RKSY 1,2, Ration Card.

• Visit the West Bengal PDS Portal

• Click on the Application Status Option.

• Select the form type if you have already filled RKSY Ration Card Application Form.

• Select the District and Municipality. 

• Now, Enter the last eight digits of WB RKSY 1 or WB RKSY 2. Ration Card.

• Click on Search to check the status of RKSY Ration Card Online.

• After that, the beneficiary can see his/her details online.

• You can also Print/Download the Details of your Search.

List of Ration Cards Online

Let us look at the procedure to search the List of Ration Card Details Online 

• Visit the West Bengal PDS Portal 
• Scroll down the Home Page, and in the Recent Works, Click on Search Your Digital Card Details.
• You will be redirected to a new web page to enter the necessary details.
• It then redirects the applicant with the given below list of RKSY 1, RKSY 2 Ration Card Details.
