No. F.9(1)(2)/PNDT/DFW/03/1882-97.—In Exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) and clause
(a) of sub-section(3) of section 17 read with clause (r) of section 2 of the Pre-Conception and Pre Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (57 of 1994) and in compliance of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s Letter no. 24026/05/2013-PNDT dated the 18th July, 2013 and in supersession of the earlier notification dated the 23rd April, 2014 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Hon’ble Minister, Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints an Appropriate Authority for the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi consisting of the following members for the purposes of the said Act, with the effect from the date of publication of this notification, namely:-
