CREDAI Awaas App has been launched Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) of Central Government. It is the new housing mobile application for getting affordable homes which can be downloaded from google play store with ease. A new NAREDCO Housing For All Portal at housingforall.com has also been launched. This new digital platforms of real estate bodies CREDAI and NAREDCO will market residential properties besides. Moreover, govt. is releasing a guide book for Affordable Rental Housing Complex (ARHC) scheme for migrants.

Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has launched “CREDAI Awaas App” and NAREDCO’s online portal “HousingforAll.com” through a video conference. Puri has released the knowledge pack of the government’s Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs) programme. ARHC has been recently launched to provide rental accommodations to migrant and urban poor.

CREDAI Awaas is a project discovery platform for CREDAI members which will be available on app store & play store and will be used by national & international buyers.

The ARHCs scheme has been launched under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U) as part of Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan. This Self Reliant India campaign will help in providing dignified and affordable living spaces for urban migrants / poor in need. ARHC scheme would also help real estate developers in retaining labour force on their sites. On industry demand for one-time debt restructuring and 100% FDI in affordable rental housing.
