Subject:- Extension of time period for making payment by allottees of different housing scheme of DDA
This is to inform allottees of different housing schemes of DDA that the time period for making payment of cost of the flat has been extended as under:-

- Time period for making payment without charging any interest by the allottees of DDA Housing Scheme 2019 for flat allotted in Vasant Kunj as well as Narela is extended upto 30.6.2020 (including 3 months allowed for payments i.e payments and handing over from 1st April to 30th June)
- Time period for making payment without charging any interest by allottees of DDA Online Housing Scheme on First Come First Serve Basis for allotment of LIG/One Bed Room flats is extended upto 30.4.2020. The date of this scheme was last extended upto 31.3.2020.
